The annual kick –off of the company was held at Oakwood Premier residences in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.  This was a 3 in 1 event to launch the company’s direction in 2023 to “ENGAGE to WIN” and WIN means Working together in harmony, Implement Effectively, Never Give Up. Recognition of employee’s loyalty and understanding our weakness as a team. We believe that with right engagement, commitment and attitude we can achieve good results.

To win in every challenges is one thing but the sense of winning is something else, especially if you also win the hearts of the people. In YUL Diversity, our aim is to win the hearts of our customer, end-consumer and our employees. Our values and culture will be our driving force to succeed.
